Eden Hazard gives a thumbs up from hospital and insists everything 'went well' with his ankle operation... but Chelsea confirm the winger will be sidelined for up to three months

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has provided his supporters with a positive injury update from hospital after undergoing surgery on a fractured ankle. 

Hazard suffered the injury in a training ground accident on Sunday, while away on international duty with Belgium.

The Belgian underwent an operation on the injury on Monday and took to social media shortly afterwards to thank his fans for their support.
