The Mail on Sunday reported yesterday that a third offer will be made by the Premier League giants for Lemar.
They say a £45m offer will be tabled by the north London giants after previous bids of £30m and
£40m were rejected.The Italian journalist Emanuele Giulianelli says the French champions want €60m (£53m) for the 21-year-old.
He wrote on Twitter: "Monaco have said they want £53m (€60m) from Arsenal for Lemar.
"Player pushing for the move. Confirmed. #AFC."
