Reports in France claim Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches is close to a €40m move to Milan.
The Rossoneri have been in talks to try and sign the Portuguese international, who has described a move to San Siro as “an interesting option”.
According to L’Équipe, a deal is on the verge of being closed for around €40m, though it’s not clear what the structure of the deal will be.
It’s thought the Diavolo want to take Sanches on loan for a season first, while
the Bavarian club would rather sell outright.
The newspaper believes Sanches has agreed a four-year contract, meaning any loan deal would come with an obligation to buy, rather than an option.
