Donald Trump wants to attend Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor

Dana White has revealed the President of the United States wants to attend the Las Vegas fight but is worried about 'ruining' the event if he turns up at the T-Mobile Arena

It’s the fight everybody wants to see. Including, it appears, the President of the United States of America and the leader of the free world: Donald Trump.

UFC head honcho Dana White has admitted that Trump has expressed an interest in attending Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, on August 26.

But there’s only one problem: White says that Trump is too worried to attend, because he think he’ll ruin the party atmosphere by daring to turn up.“[Trump] is 100% interested in attending the event,” White said during the whistle-stop media
tour ahead of the fight. “But they called me yesterday and I don't think they're going to come, but he'll be watching.

“He feels like he'll ruin events, he'll ruin the event if he shows up. Secret Service is going to have to go through the place, shut down streets and create crazy traffic.”

But, should Trump find the courage to attend the event, White has reassured him that he will be welcomed with open arms – by the fight promoters, at least.
