Liam Payne is unrecognisable as he ditches his baggy jeans and scrubs up in a suit and glasses to meet the Queen



Liam Payne headed to Buckingham Palace today to meet the Queen and Prince Harry today.
The One Direction star has joined the Queen's Young Leaders initiative and will now help mentor young people from around the Commonwealth.
And faced with such a prestigious honour being bestowed in rather posh surroundings, Liam ditched his usual get-up of baggy jeans and gold chains.

Instead, he spruced himself up nicely in a black suit and even donned a pair of round glasses for the event.The only remnants of Liam's customary urban look were his large gold watch and numerous tattoos on his hands and arms.
But as he shook the Queen's hand it looks like she was completely charmed.
Earlier this evening, Liam appeared on a special edition of The One Show broadcast live from the Palace.
"What aspirations do you have for Bear?" host Alex Jones asked him.
"Hopefully he doesn't turn out like me," he quipped.
