Leicester's £16million misfit Ahmed Musa expected to leave after struggling at King Power Stadium
Clubs from the Premier League and Europe have registered interest in Ahmed Musa with the Leicester forward expected to depart the King Power Stadium this summer.
The Nigeria forward signed less than 12 months ago for £16million – a club record transfer at the time – but has failed to establish himself in
England and Craig Shakespeare is willing to listen to offers.
Musa arrived from CSKA Moscow with a fine reputation having competed in the Champions League and was seen as a rival to Jamie Vardy in terms of pace up front.
The 24-year-old scored just twice in the Premier League all campaign though and was left out of several matchday squads once Shakespeare replaced Claudio Ranieri in February, featuring intermittently.
Leicester are open to the idea of keeping Musa, who has three years left on his contract, but may be willing to do a deal should bids reach close to the fee paid originally.
Fenerbache are reportedly interested but Leicester are yet to hear from the Turkish side.
