Jennifer Lawrence's private jet is forced to make an emergency landing due to double engine failure

The private plane Jennifer Lawrence was travelling on was forced to make an emergency landing on Saturday. 
The 26-year-old Oscar-winning actress was flying from her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, where she had been visiting family, when one of the plane's engines shut down, according to E! News.
Despite the drama, a rep for the actress told E! the star emerged unscathed from the incident.

'In Louisville, when I was a child, I inherited clothes from my two older brothers [Ben and Blaine] that I put together with things that my mother unearthed out of yard sales. I was a tomboy,' she told ABC News in November 2014. 
And even after her career took off, she's remained close with her family, visiting them as often as she can.
'She's talented and good at what she does but she's still just Jen who happens to be good at acting,' her mom, Karen Lawrence, said in an interview with WDRB.com in 2013.
