Four-year-old Texas boy tragically dies ONE WEEK after going swimming with his family in rare 'dry-drowning' case
Francisco Delgado III died on Saturday, about a week after he went to the Texas City Dike with his family to go swimming. Doctors told the four-year-old's parents that he died of dry drowning. Dry drowning is a rare medical emergency, in which water is inhaled into the body, but it can take hours and days to kill. The symptoms include coughing, chest pain and fatigue.
