Floyd Mayweather dons flamboyant suit for the 2017 BET Awards in Los Angeles

Floyd Mayweather took to the BET Awards on Sunday sporting rather flamboyant attire

The boxing sensation spent the evening doing what he does best, lapping up the attention while stopping to take photos with high-status fans.
Mayweather stopped for pictures with the likes of model Karrueche Tran and rapper Too Short, while showing off his bright red toe-capped shoes along with his vibrant suit of choice.

The 40-year-old doesn't look to be cutting back on his public appearances, despite his super fight with Conor McGregor looming on the horizon.
Both fighting sensations will go head-to-head in Las Vegas on August 26, after McGregor agreed to switch codes and take on the unstoppable Mayweather in the ring.

Mayweather will be coming out of retirement for the iconic bout, which is set to become the most financially lucrative fight of all time.
Many decorated names of the sport have already called the fight in favour of Mayweather, with many agreeing that McGregor is bold and perhaps foolish to take on the all-time great.
Former professionals Lennox Lewis and Ricky Hatton have each admitted they can only see Mayweather taking the victory, while legendary ring hardman Roberto Duran has gone a step further.
Duran insists McGregor will be soundly beaten, unless he is to break the rules of boxing and resort to his favourable UFC fighting style.
