The appearance comes as she put on a racy display when she attended the highly-anticipated event at Berkeley Square Gardens, in London.
Also following her lead leaving the event was a slightly worse-for-wear Billie Piper, who attempted to avoid the the rain in her semi-sheer gown.
While Canadian supermodel Winnie Harlow was in a fit of laughter as she left the exclusive venue in her racy sheer and feather detailed garment.
